Hi, this is a video of a warning message that I have been constantly receiving on my iPod Touch 4th Generation. It says "Temperature... your iPod needs to cool down before you can use it." It is NEVER running hot when the message comes up. It even comes up after the iPod has been off all night. Every time it comes up, it disrupts my activity on my iPod for at least 3-5 minutes before it goes away. My iPod has never been dropped, wet, crushed, or banged. It has been very well taken care of. I read that the issue could be related to a weak or loose center battery soldering connection, and it has been fixed for people by re-soldering the connection. Are there any other known probable causes? I have restored my iPod to factory settings, and it didn't help at all, so it must be an internal issue.

Feb 1, 2012 - Hmm exactly the same thing happens to my ipod touch 4G when I have it in my docking station, the weird thing is it never gets the temp warning otherwise, only when it is in the docking station charging or playing music, I really wonder why, and the dumb thing is it comes after about 15 mins of playing music on it, so my playlist always gets interupted
